The following conversation occurred in the car last week:
Evan: “Mommy, how many minutes until we get home?”
Me: “About 15.”
Cara: “I will count to fifteen, and then we will be home! 1, 2, 3, 4-”
Evan: “No, Cara. That’s fifteen seconds. Fifteen minutes is a lot more seconds. Mommy, how many sec-”
Liam: “900″

WOW! I’m not sure if I would be more proud or scared. If he’s “doing the math” that fast and that well at such a young age you’re basically screwed by the time he’s a teenager. Forget parental controls and web blocking software. You’re going to have to cut the hard line if you want to stop this guy. 
I’m just hoping that he’ll have a soft spot left for his dear old mum and dad when he becomes The Hegemon.
